Millar Conditioning has moved its operation from Portage Place to the former YMCA on George Street. The building, now known as Re* is being redeveloped by Dr. Jenny Ingram. Millar Conditioning offers fitness coaching, team conditioning, corporate wellness programs, specialized programs for athletes, fitness testing and rehabilitation.
