Peterborough's Ecology Park offers something for everyone. Whether you choose to relax in the gazebo, wander through our many gardens, or visit our tree nursery or compost demonstration site, we hope you will leave with a greater understanding and appreciation of our local natural beauty and its value to us.

The Ecology Park is an educational ground showcasing ideas for healthy, sustainable landscapes within the Peterborough County. Donations to support Ecology Park programs are tax deductible. Become a "Friend of the Ecology Park" and get 10% discount on all garden supplies sold at the Ecology Park as well as other membership benefits.

Ecology Market
A variety of items will be sold again this year at the Ecology Park Market. Garden supplies, composters, plants, fresh organic produce and herbs, seeds and cut flowers will be for sale as the season makes them available. Come partake in the tantalizing sights, tastes, and aromas of Ecology Park's offerings. The market is open from May to October.

Becoming a "Friend of the Ecology Garden"
Become a Friend of the Ecology Garden and get a 10% discount on all garden supplies sold at the Ecology Park. Members also received newsletters by mail and have access to our lending library. Basic membership fees are: $15 Basic membership, $10 Students, Seniors, Unwaged. Donations to support Ecology Park programs are tax-receiptable.

Volunteering at Peterborough Green-Up Ecology Park
Volunteers are welcome to drop by the park every Wednesday, in until October, from 9 to 4 p.m. Come to the park and see what interests you, and ask how you can help.

The Ecology park hours

Tuesdays	1 to 5 p.m.
Thursdays	1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Sundays	1 to 4 p.m.
