    Bursary Trust Fund Scholarship Awards

    The Lindsay Concert Foundation established the Bursary Trust Fund during the 10th Concert season in 1988.  Each year, beneficiaries resident of the City of Kawartha Lakes who show musical talent, dedication, perseverance, and an intention to further their musical education, are selected by a panel of adjudicators to receive Scholarship Award. There are two awards available:

  • Intermediate Scholarship Award
         (sponsored by the Lloyd
         Carr-Harris Foundation)
  • Junior Scholarship Award
         (sponsored by the Leslie Anne
         Porter Memorial Donation)

    Applications for these awards are due March 1st of each year. Auditions are held the lst Saturday in May each year. Award winners are invited to perform at the Showcase Gala during the following season.
