The Play's the Thing

For many of us, summer in the Kawarthas means the outdoors. After all, this is cottage country, home of lazy days by or on the water and evenings spent sipping your favourite beverage on a breezy patio or screened porch.

While one could easily pass an entire summer doing only the above, to do so would mean missing one of Peterborough and the Kawarthas biggest summer draws - our now internationally renowned summer theatre.

High drama or whimsical farce, tried and true classics or new and original works, this season has it all so get out of your lawn chair, close the lid to the cooler and add a little drama to your summer. Here’s what’s playing...

Did we miss your summer theatre season? If so, please fill out our online event form and we will add the info ASAP!
